Medallions of Pork
Fresh British pork fillet, sliced, served with lyonnaise potatoes, pan fried mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and drizzled with a white wine cream sauce.

Succulent duck breast, pan fried in garlic and herbs, served with fondant potatoes, braised red cabbage and a red currant jus.

Fresh haddock fillets, wrapped in fine Italian smoked pancetta, served with creamy mash potatoes, and a watercress and asparagus white wine sauce.
